Why You Might Need Care Services
As an individual, you have many rights. We support and assist you in identifying and exercising these rights to achieve your goals. Gold Support adopts a policy of non-discrimination regarding eligibility and entry to our services, and when providing support services to you.
Gold Support encourages and supports families to maintain contact with you. With your permission, your family is welcome to contact us for information and support. Your family or advocate can be involved in planning the services you will receive through your person-centred support planning meeting.
Networking and Community Engagement
Gold Support will engage with networks and local communities to ensure that our participants are provided opportunities to be involved in activities and areas of interest. We will access networks such as religious groups, local ethnic communities or other groups, as requested by the participant. We believe that it is essential for participants to be part of their community.
